Thank you for your interest in becoming a living donor. It means the world to me and my loved ones that you have an interest in possibly giving the gift of life.

We understand that this is a large, sensitive decision. With that in mind, we have provided two confidential methods to applying for living donorship, without our knowledge - Direct Contact with the Living Donor Program or the electronic version of the living donor application.

    You can email Wake Forest Baptist Hospital and receive an immediate auto-response with a copy of the paperwork. Someone will also be available to answer any questions you may have.
